Economic Loss Base Case- $275,000
Medical Loss Base Case- $263,000
Assumed Future Medical Loss and Funeral Expenses- $98,732
Timing of Requests for Consideration at Trustees’ Meetings

modifications to an approved list, and/or Trust Distribution Procedures/Matrix
interpretations or questions to be considered during the Trustees’ meeting must be received
